Marley Park Square is conveniently located in Surprise, AZ at the southwest corner of Litchfield & Waddell. This intersection is the meeting place of Surprise’s neighborhood commercial, affluent residential and planned employment hub. Notable tenants already at the intersection or under construction include Safeway, Fry’s, Walgreens, Ultra Star Cinema and Victory Lanes Bowling Center as well as an Ace Hardware that will help anchor Marley Park Square.
This development is a true mixed-use campus experience with retail, restaurant, banking and office all on site totaling more than 275,000 square feet. The two square mile area southeast of the intersection is planned for major daytime employment with industrial and office development centered around one of the last available in-fill sections of rail in the valley. Some portions of this area are already under development.
